Step 1: Take about 18 inches of floss and wrap it around each middle finger. Step 2: Hold the floss taut with thumbs + index fingers. Position a small section of floss around each tooth in a "C" shape. Step 3: Gently slide the floss under the gum crevice + glide the floss away from the tooth. Repeat on every tooth with a clean section of floss each time.
